ABOUT ME

Hi Guys! My Name is Leo Hogan. Im a 20 year old Type 1 Diabetic from Ireland. I love sports, training and health and fitness. I also love cars. I am a fit healthy diabetic with no issues. Like everyone I am human and from time to time I struggle with my diabetes but thats life and also a part of diabetes. This blog is a place for me to voice my thoughts and share what has worked for me and kept me healthy and happy through 8 years of diabetes and many more to come.
